Kids of all ages will enjoy learning how to be a print-maker in the fun family art activity hosted by the Currier Museum of Art. Draw a picture on special foam paper, roll it with colored ink and see how it gets printed onto paper as you make your own print to take home.

Romper Rhythm and Puppets will entertain and educate audiences of all ages! The Puppet Theatre features a beautifully crafted stage and well designed gorgeous puppets. The shows will engage and invite appropriate audience participation with stories derived from children’s literature, folk tales, legends and myths from around the world. Shows are scheduled throughout the day.

Wildlife Encounters, LLC is a not-for-profit traveling Educational Zoo that will thrill and delight animal lovers of all ages. See a collection of rescued and captive born/raised non-native wildlife. From large alligators and pythons to wallabies and chinchilla, kids will have tremendous fun learning about animals from around the world.

It’s all aboard at the Day for Kids Anthem Health Express Roaming Railroad ride. Not just a kid's ride, this train was custom built to accommodate adults, making it a true family attraction. This train ride will take you on a trip all around the Day for Kids Festival.

Girls can get a free fancy “up do” at the Day for Kids “Beauty Salon.” From French braids to pretty curls, students from Michael’s School of Hair Design are setting-up shop just for kids!

How much fun kids will have doodling on the “sidewalk” inside at the Day for Kids event. They can share their artistic talents in unique chalk drawings filled with lightheartedness, humor, and whimsical expression. Sponsored by Catholic Medical Center.

The teens from the City of Manchester Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council are providing free face painting at the Day for Kids event. Colorful and bright, kids can choose a design of their choice.

Here’s your opportunity to try target archery. This kids-safe archery range is supervised by the New England School of Archery, Inc.

Sports fans will have the opportunity to meet mascots and club members of the Manchester Monarchs and the NH Fisher Cats.

Over 30 youth organizations will also be on hand to provide information about how kids and adults can use their services. Other kid-friendly businesses from around the state will be exhibiting, offering information, free samples, items to purchase and more.

With over 100 different activities, exhibits, special displays and fun things to see and do, this is a great way for parents and kids to enjoy a day together and create special memories.
